There are many budget friendly cigar cases out there that are functional and tried to tell myself that I am happy with them and do not need to spend the money on a Peter James Cigar Case but just had to give in. First of all the history, fine leather, and workmanship is well worth the investment and had to jump on getting one right away because the Peter James Company ceased making these and are very hard to find and when you do, they are outrageously priced. This was Amazing Coffee, 14 people all loved the coffee and 2 of them were Barista's in years past who claimed it was much better than anything they had ever had. I truly recommend this if your in the market for something special, it's a real treat!!!!!
Worked with Matt to get an XO in black honeycomb. Great customer service, couldn't say enough about how helpful he was! The XO is a great cutter, the Enso is also nice. I personally prefer the XO over the Enso. I find that the XO is able to be used with one hand because the blades are spring loaded. To open the Enso you have to pull the blade out. Seems like a small issue but to me it's worth the upgrade to the XO!
I purchased this as a gift for my guy who is a cigar aficionado. This ashtray is beautifully crafted and the perfect size for a solo smoker. Needless to say, he was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. After searching all over for the perfect cigar ashtray, I'm so glad I found this one!

Sometimes a commission comes in that you just know is going to be a special one. This was one of those. A customer reached out looking to give a meaningful retirement gift - a custom humidor with their name engraved on the front, filled with gold epoxy.
August 13th, 2024 will be our 5th Anniversary! My how the world and business has changed in that time. During these past 5 years we've had a chance to enhance the cigar experience for so many of our customers and have gotten more and more involved in the cigar industry and what an industry it is! There's something truly special about cigars and even more specifically, the Cigar Lounge. Cigar lounges are an escapes or refuge from the riggers of daily life. They provide a place for anyone who purchases (generally speaking) a cigar to sit down, relax and repair. Now "repair" may mean to sit quietly reading, staring off in the distance or engaging with fellow cigar enthusiasts about cigars, cars, poetry, pinochle or anything really! However, ultimately, it's a forced relaxation for at least the duration of that cigar. Your background, their background, you station in life or theirs are irrelevant in a cigar lounge it's just two (or more) people brought together by fine cigars and a desire to unwind. To the weary traveler it's a place to feel welcome in a distant city!
Our goal at 58 Ring has always been to make that time to unwind just a little bit better. Our hardwood products add that little bit extra to your smoking room or space, something to add to the conversation or day dreaming that's associated with cigars. As we move in to the next 5 years of 58 Ring, we've recently completed the building of a new a new wood shop. The new shop is both cigar friendly and has a lot more space which is definitely improving our ability to make products. We've also added some additional functionality to it, with some tools specifically for metal fabrication. So as we start to move towards the exciting next chapter for 58 Ring, look for a few new products that are not ashtrays or cigar stands to be coming to market soon. And while we're in the shop, that's commonly referred to as "The Barn" here, that hasn't changed the fact that we're a Peter James retailer and have some more cases being ordered for our stock in the next week, have some of the best coffee can drink that roasted to order and a stock room full of Xikar and Palio products that are ready to ship. If you can buy it on our web store, it's in stock and will ship the same day on orders received before 3PM, Eastern, Monday through Friday. (Coffee and custom made to order ashtrays are the only exception.)
